NATURAL CURES FOR SKIN TAGS, MOLES, WARTS, BLACKHEADS & AGE SPOTS

Do you have a problematic skin? There are about 3,000 skin disorders that affect people around the world, some of them being warts, moles, skin tags and dark spots. The change of the color is mostly a result of inflammation, infections and allergic reactions.
Although there are some skin conditions that require a long period of treatment in order to be healed entirely, still there are some temporary that can be easily treated. In the following text you can read about common skin disorders and the ways in which they can be treated.
Natural Remedies For Warts
Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) exists in about 100 types that can affect people and their healthy in 100 ways. One of the conditions for which it is responsible are warts. As causer of warts it does not seem dangerous but it can also cause some other conditions that are much more serious. Being caused by virus warts can spread all around the body.  If you have warts than probably you have already tried all different types of chemicals, but in some cases they don’t help much. If that is the case with your warts we recommend you to try out these easy home remedy that will probably help you more.
People who have tried these remedies claim that they are really effective.  But don’t expect the warts to disappear overnight none of the cures has the power to do that. However if we compare this with the period required for the warts to disappear on their own it is faster.  Six months is the average period required for quarter of the warts to go away on their own, but about a third still linger around two years after they first appear. Warts are especially problematic with children whose immune system is still developing.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar takes the first place among the remedies used for removal. It is widely known for its anti inflammatory properties that have the effect to fight against bacteria and virus (the main causers of warts).
The procedure is the following. Wash the affected area well. Soak a cotton ball or gauze with ACV and apply it on the wart. Fix this with a band-aid or duct tape. We recommend you to do this in the evening before going to bed and to remove it the next morning. When you remove it in the morning don’t forget to wash the place again. Repeat this several weeks and your wart will disappear.

Garlic

The simplest way to remove warts is to do that by using garlic. All you have to do is mash some garlic, apply it on the wart and cover it with a band-aid. Repeat this procedure 2 times a day until the wart disappears entirely.

Duct Tape

This treatment has been proven as effective by a scientific study. 61 patients participated in the study and one half of them received cryotherapy and the other half duct tape treatment. After a period of two months 85% of the patients that used duct tape were rid of warts, and only 60% of those who received cryotherapy were wart-free.
Take some dust tape and place it over the wart. Repeat this for 6 day, replacing the tape each time you think it is needed. After this period passes soak the wart with water and rub it with an emery board or pumice stone. Then from the following day start repeating the whole procedure for another 6 days. It will probably take you 2 months to get rid of the wart.

Bananas

The inside part of the banana peel is on more remedy that can be used against warts and it was also published by medical journals. Sometimes it can be enough just to simply rub the inside part of the banana on the warts several times during the day. But if you want to make the method more effective than you should press the inside of the peel over the wart and tape it in the evenings before sleeping.  Wash the wart the following morning immediately after you wake up. Repeat this procedure every night until the wart gets soft. It will begin to soften in a period of one week, but it will probably take about month for the wart to be gone entirely.
Pure Raw Honey
We recommend you to use the organic Manuka honey, harvested in New Zealand since it is the best for this purpose. It is also the most potent among the other types of honey in terms of the concentration of its antibacterial/antiviral properties. It is also quite stable, unlike some other kinds of honey, so it can withstand temperature fluctuation without losing its benefits. It crates “occlusion therapy” which is essentially depriving the wart of oxygen and killing it (the theory behind duct tape, but honey is much better than adhesive.)
You will need the following items:
  • A teaspoon of raw honey
  • A bandage
Instructions:
Try filing away the wart then cover it entirely with a thick layer of honey and wrap a piece of cloth around it. Leave it sit like this for one day, changing the bandage and reapplying the honey daily.
Natural Remedies For Skin Tags
Besides warts skin tags are also common problem with the skin. They can appear in different sizes, from one of a grain of rice to the size of a pea. In the medicine they are known as acrochordons or cutaneous papilloma. They are not that much problematic but they can be really annoying.
Why Do We Get Skin Tags?
Skin tags occur where the skin folds and there is friction from clothing, such as in the groin area, on the neck, under the breasts, and on the thighs. And it is not strange to fins them on the eyelids.
There is some connection between the skin tags and the human papilloma virus (HPV).Adult onset diabetes tends to be related to obesity and when we are overweight we tend to have more areas of skin folds and friction. People who have someone in their families who already have skin tags are at bigger risk to get them.It has also been suggested that we get skin tags when our lymphatic system becomes congested, and I think this makes a lot of sense. If we are constantly applying friction to the top layer of our skin and there is a toxic soup below, it stands to reason that a wart-like growth could occur.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and apply it on the affected area. When you first apply it may sting a bit, but with time it will decrease. It will probably take you 2-4 weeks to get rid of the skin tag.
Castor Oil & Baking Soda
Prepare a paste with castor oil and baking soda and apply it on the skin tag. If you want you can cover it with bandage. Apply the paste until the skin gets smooth.
Tea Tree Oil
Put 2-3 drops of the tea tree oil on a wet cotton ball. Put the cotton ball directly on the skin and cover it with bandage. The tag will get dark and drop off in about a week and a half.
Natural Mole Removers
Most moles can`t do any harm to the health, the only problem about them is that they don’t look good and people find them disturbing. In medicine it they are known as melanocytic nevi, and they are black, brown, or flesh-colored spots or patches on the skin that form due to the collection of melanocytes. Melanocytes are cells that produce pigment, the coloring substance also called melanin.
According to some statistic moles appear most often between the age of 20 or 30.They can be flat or raised, rough or smooth, with or without hair. There are some factors like genetics, hormonal fluctuations and sun exposure may affect the number and appearance. With the ages some of the moles might fade and disappear. Still there are simple home remedies that can help much to get rid of the moles.
But before you decide to treat your moles with any of the home remedies it is essential to inspect your mole for abnormal characteristics such as asymmetry of the border, color, or diameter. If any of these is issues please go to dermatologist and check it out because it might be cancerous.

Instructions:
  • Take the garlic glove, crush it and place it on the mole.
  • Fix it with bandage and leave it sit like that during the night or at least for 4 hours.
  • Do this for four days in a row. After this the mole will fall off naturally.
  • The great thing about the treatment is that its effects are visible after 5 days.
Don’t forget to make disinfection on the area with ACV or some other disinfectant before repeating the process daily. Use coconut oil to protect the skin around the mole.
Apple Cider Vinegar
The most popular home removal is apple cider vinegar. Its acid makes the mole fall out with the time. the following is what you should do if you want to remove the mole with ACV:

  • Repeat the procedure for 10 days in a row
  • You can also rub it with warm water or lightly scrape the surface with an emery board and then apply cider vinegar on it until it turns white. Leave it on until it dries. Repeat this procedure several times a day.
Castor Oil
Castor oil helps dissolve and eliminate unusual growth on the skin. By using this to remove moles there is no risk of leaving scar. By the disadvantage is that it requires long time in order to remove the mole entirely because it removes it layer by layer.
This is the procedure:
  • Make a mixture of baking soda and few drops of castor oil. ( you can add some ground aspirin too)
  • Apply the mixture on the mole
  • Leave it sit like that for several hours in order for it to dry
  • Repeat this twice a day in a period of one month
  • You can also use only castor oil without adding baking soda to it

Squeeze some lemon juice and put it on cotton ball as if it is a toner. Swipe your face with it. When you finish toning your face treat all the dark spots on your face with horseradish and leave it 20 minutes. In the end wash your face and apply SPF in case you are planning to go out, because the ingredients make the skin sensitive to UV rays.

It`s up to you to decide which method you will practice, but if you are persistent we assure you that the treatment will be successful.
Home Remedies for Clogged Pores
The dead skin cells then Pores on the skin help us to stay clean by ridding waste elements including dead skin cells. The sebaceous glands under our skin secrets oil called sebum which most often clings to dead skin cells. The dead skin cells get excreted from body through pores, and it is this process that keeps our skin healthy and glowing.
Sometimes dirt and makeup and some other factors may lead to clogged pores, yet the sebaceous gland keeps producing sebum oil, but it doesn’t get released out of skin. As a result of this infections are caused that result in pimples, acne and blackheads. Sometimes hormonal changes can also lead to extra oil production by the sebaceous glands, however, there are very simple ways to get rid of clogged pores so that your skin remains free of any buildup and glows forever.
In the following text you can find out some home remedies for clogged pores that will help them stay open and clean.

The oldest method is dry brushing with a dry facial brush, but make sure the facial brush you use has soft bristles made with natural fibers. • In the end moisturize your skin with coconut oil.
Shaving For Skin Care
With shaving not only that we remove the hair but also the top layer of the dead skin cell. Dr Michel Prager, an aesthetic clinician who has a practice in London, says:
“From an anti-aging point of view, home shaving has some effect. ‘It’s like a mild form of microdermabrasion, so encourages collagen production, which reduces wrinkles. Whenever there’s trauma to the skin, collagen is stimulated to help cell renewal.”
This is the reason that by their 30s and 40s, men’s skin often looks so much better than women’s skin. The constant exfoliation keeps wrinkles at bay.
Shaving will open the pores on your skin and in that way act as prevention of acne, by shaving regularly you will no longer have problems with clogged pores. For some light acne cases, shaving can help rid whiteheads and blackheads from the face. But be attentive with the infected areas and don’t shave them.
Some other benefits of shaving are the following: it helps make-up application go on more evenly and easily, helps products absorb better and the skin becomes smooth and bright.
Is it truth that the Facial Hair Grows Back THICKER?
The answer of this question is definitely no. Many people talk about this but it is just a myth. Everyday Health expert dermatologist Jessica Wu, MD, assistant clinical professor of dermatology at the University of Southern California Medical School in Los Angeles, states that shaving your body hair doesn’t make it grow darker or thicker.
A research published back in 1920s also found out that measured how quickly individual hair shafts grew after shaving and found that it had no effect on hair growth. One more paper published in 1970 studied five men that shaved one leg weekly for several months and left the other leg alone. There was no difference in rate of hair growth or texture between the unshaved and shaved legs.
The reason for this belief is that when hairs grow out and get longer, they taper to a point, so they look thinner. By shaving it hair cuts the folical at a blunt angle so hairs appear thicker. When shaved hair grows back, the bluntness feels more coarse and thicker, and also appears darker against the skin, but that’s simply because it’s more noticeable.Hair is dead, and shaving it doesn’t affect the living part of the hair, which is the follicle that sits deep under the skin.
Where To Begin
The following is what Neal Schultz, M.D., a cosmetic dermatologist in NYC recommends if you decide to shave your face:
  • First wet the whole face in order to soften the hairs
  • Then apply some shaving cream, gel or cleanser all over the face to help with friction and to prevent skin irritation.
  • Take the razor and use it in the direction in which the hair grows for a subtle shave and against growth pattern for a close shave.
  • When you are done rinse your face
  • Repeat this twice a month or as much as you want.
  • Don’t forget to wash your razor and to dip it in 90% rubbing alcohol after each use
